بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. الحمد لله الذى أرسل رسوله بالهدى ودين الحق ليطهره على الدين كله أرسله بشيرا ونذيرا وداعيا إلى الله بإذنه وسراجا منيرا. أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لاشريك له وهو القوي العزيز. وأشهد أن سيدنا محمدا عبده ورسوله المبعوث رحمة للعالمين. اللهم صل على سيدنا محمد وعلى اله وصحبه الذين جاهدوا في الله حق جهاده فهداهم سواء السبيل.

Honorable my beloved Lecture

Dear my beloved friends

Praise be to Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The Almighty, Allah has given us mercies and helps, placed us above all other creations as the representative of Him.

The peace may be upon our prophet Muhammad who has thought us the cardinal principal of the unity of God, obliged us to confess it with the tongue and believe it in the heart.

And I don't forget to thanks chairman for the limited chance given to make a speech on the title:

FREE HAJJ

It spend a lot of money to go there and of course it will be very impossible to those who has no more money, but Free Hajj is Hajj which can be alone by everyone who get an opportunity from one intention who had a program to allow some someone having Hajj without any fee.

Islam allow us to have a Free Hajj, although he is a poor man or women because the intention will responsible for all of the fee for going to have a Hajj.

Imam Syafi'i allow Moslem to have a Free Hajj, although in the past there wasn't a real Free Hajj which hell by intention, but seem from way of Mecca Moslems whose house near from Mecca and the Moslems who go to Mecca ride on the camels. We conclude that Imam Syafi'i permit Moslems to have a Free Hajj because they also often have a Free Hajj at the time.

There are many ways to have a Free Hajj, you can follow a Quiz, a Lottery, etc. So from those kinds of program you will have a change to go to Mecca without any fee-if you are lucky of course-

Koran has already said related to a Free Hajj

“Wherein are plain memorials (of  Allah’s guidance), the place where Abraham stood up to pray, and whosover entereth it is safe. And pilgrimage to the house is a duty unto Allah for Mankid, for him who can find a way thither. As for him who disbelieveth, (let him know that) Lo! Allah is Independent of (all) creatures”.

The world استطاع here, is a sign that someone who has an ability to go to Mecca have to go there. In the content of Free Hajj, استطاع means Allah permit them who poor to have a Hajj, from the way they never thought before namely Free Hajj. But, the people who go to Hajj also have to be healthy, strong and be ready to have a Hajj.

I think it’s completely enough for me up to this poin, the wrong utterance is caused by limitation of my ability and the right one is from Allah. Thank you very much for your attention
